Ongoing Community Solar Developments

In the northeast United States, CSG Developers is focused on developing solar energy systems for community solar programs, micro grid customers, and large utility-scale projects benefiting thousands of energy consumers in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Virginia, and other states as they become active in this market.

Each of these states has unique laws and solar markets, and as a result, land lease rates vary by state and project size.

If you’re a landowner or a business seeking to learn how you can benefit from solar power, please reach out to us. If you’re still researching, and want to learn more first – please see this landowner focused, State of Pennsylvania Community Solar Frequently Asked Questions article. It includes land lease rates and important time considerations.

Here’s some of our projects currently under development:

CSG Developers and partners have a goal of building 50 megawatts of community solar power projects in six different states, totaling 300 megawatts. We feel developing energy resources across a multitude of states, protects our customers and business from the often turbulent state level politics and energy markets.
